产品简介：本品是采用符合GB2760的单体乳化剂与稳定剂复配而成，经产品质量指标完全符合GB26687-2011《食品安全国家标准 复配食品添加剂通则》以及本公司内部企业标准要求，产品应用在烘烤麻薯中，具有保水、稳定、乳化作用，可以提高制品的口感，防止淀粉老化。

产品性能：乳化、稳定、保水保油等作用

产品使用范围：烘烤麻薯制品

产品添加量：依据GB2760-2011《食品添加剂使用卫生要求》使用，建议添加本品0.5%-1.5%,产品最佳用量，客户可结合产品自行特点进行小试验确定。

使用方法：将本品溶解在适量水中，分散均匀，然后与原料混合均匀即可。

包装：25公斤/袋

储存运输：本品为复配食品添加剂，不得与有毒有害物质混存，产品应放置于阴凉干燥处。
