产品简介：本品是采用聚甘油脂肪酸脂、蔗糖脂肪酸脂、大豆磷脂、生物酶制剂等单体乳化剂，经过特殊工艺加工复配而成，产品质量指标完全符合GB26687-2011《食品安全国家标准 复配食品添加剂通则》以及本公司内部企业标准要求，产品应用在方便米面制品中，具有保水、稳定、乳化作用，可以提高制品的弹性，爽滑度，防止淀粉老化（即使制品吃起来不出现粘牙等现象），同时产品还可以一定的保鲜效果，提高制品的货架期。

产品性能：能与面粉中的面筋蛋白与小麦淀粉形成很好的分子链，从而提高制品的爽滑度。

产品使用范围：方便米面制品等食品行业

产品添加量：依据GB2760-2011《食品添加剂使用卫生要求》，建议添加本品0.2%-0.40%,产品最佳用量，客户可结合产品自行特点进行小试验确定。

使用方法：将本品溶解在适量水中，分散均匀，然后与原料混合均匀即可。

包装：20公斤/桶

储存运输：本品为复配食品添加剂，不得与有毒有害物质混存，产品应放置于阴凉干燥处。
