双皮奶稳定剂

产品简介：复配增稠剂2-双皮奶稳定剂是采用GB2760《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》中的优质亲水胶体复配而成，本品具有很强的亲水性并与牛奶蛋白、奶精、水具有很强的结合作用，本品制作出来的双皮奶口感滑爽、Q性强、饱满的特点。

执行标准：本品执行国家卫生部2011年发布的GB26687-2011《复配食品添加剂通则》，配方通过不发生化学反应的认证。

参考配方：

将上述配好的双皮奶粉按双皮奶粉1：:1果葡糖浆：水9完全溶解搅拌均匀后，加热煮沸并保持微沸3-5min，完全冷却凝固后即成了口感滑爽，饱满十足的双皮奶。（此配方为参考配方，客户可结合自身产品特点调配）

使用范围：双皮奶产品

添加量：依据GB2760，建议客户可按0.6%-1.0%(以稀释的水计)，也可参考上面参考配方，客户依据自身产品特点进行小实验后，确定最佳添加量。

包装：本产品内包装采用食品级聚乙烯食品袋，外包装采用五合一编制塑料袋包装。

产品存放：置于阴凉干燥处，使用完及时包扎，防止吸潮。
