烧仙草稳定剂

产品简介：复配增稠剂2-烧仙草稳定剂是采用GB2760《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》中的优质亲水性胶体复配而成，本品具有很强的亲水性并具有很好的凝胶作用,使用本品作的出来的烧仙草具有Q滑的口感。

执行标准：本品执行国家卫生部2011年发布并实施的GB26687-2011《复配食品添加剂通则》，配方通过不发生化学反应的认证。

1、烧仙草固体饮料参考配方：

将上述配配好的烧仙草固体饮料按（固体饮料1：1白糖：水10）完全溶解后搅拌均匀后加热煮沸并保持微沸3-5min完全冷却凝固后即成了口感滑爽，Q感十足的烧仙草。

2、杯装龟苓膏添加量：0.3%-0.5%（稳定剂与白糖混合均匀，然后与淀粉和其他辅料溶解在所需的水中，再按原工艺进行熬煮即可）

使用范围：烧仙草固体饮料、龟苓膏、烧仙草冻等

添加量：依据GB2760客户可按照需求添加，建议客户可按0.3-0.60%的比例添加

使用方法：将本品与辅料混合均匀后，溶解在水中。

包装：本品采用无菌铝膜袋包装，并用外箱包装，5KG*4包每箱。
