产品简介：该产品是采用各种磷酸盐复配而成，本品是针对丸子等肉制品研发的复配型食品添加剂，该产品用于制品中能很好的结合肉制品中的肌动蛋白和肌球蛋白并能很好的与制品中所使用的淀粉的分子链（直链与支链）有效的架桥，从而使其达到很好的保水效果和增加口感的效果，提高出品率，产品同时能鳌合水中的钙、镁离子，从而使制品具有更好的弹性。

产品指标：本产品质量完全符合GB26687-2011《食品安全国家标准 复配食品添加剂通则》要求。

产品性能：结合肉制品中的肌动蛋白和肌球蛋白并能很好的与制品中所使用的淀粉的分子链（直链与支链）有效的架桥，起到保水、增脆效果。

添加量：依据GB26687-2011《食品安全国家标准 复配食品添加剂通则》以及GB2760-2011《食品安全国家标准 食品添加剂使用卫生标准》以及结合本公司的经验，建议添加本品为0.30%—0.50%（以成品计）。

使用方法：绞肉后，打浆工序使用，慢慢撒入肉浆中，提取肉类蛋白。

储存：本品容易吸潮，需要防止阴凉干燥处，用完后，及时包装。

包装：本品采用食品级五合一牛皮纸袋包装，最小包装为25公斤每袋。
