冰激凌稳定剂

产品简介：冰淇淋乳化稳定剂使用卡拉胶和其他水溶性食用胶体及稳定剂复配而成的。它集乳化、稳定功能于一体，可使脂肪和其它固形物分布均匀，防止乳浆离析和水晶的形成，使冰淇淋的组织细腻，结构良好，滑润适口和抗融化，从而使冰淇淋的生产过程更加简单合理，操作方便，有利于质量的控制，大大缩短了老化过程中微生物的繁殖，提高产品品质，降低生产成本，增强产品的竟争力。

执行标准：食品安全国家标准《复配食品添加剂通则》GB26687-2011

使用范围：冰淇淋、雪糕等冷冻产品
添加量：依据GB2760，建议添加3.0%-4.0%（以固体饮品计，即添加到奶精、奶粉、葡萄糖等辅料中），做成的冰淇淋粉以1:4的水，经过高速剪切后，放入冰淇淋中，即可挤出口感饱满、滑爽的冰淇淋。

储存：本品容易吸潮，需要防止阴凉干燥处，用完后，及时包装。

包装：本品采用食品级五合一牛皮纸袋包装，最小包装为25公斤每袋。
