造纸分散剂

使用方法

可单独使用，也可以用水稀释后使用。本品用200kg塑料桶包装，防止暴晒，储存于通风干燥仓库，保质期2年。

分散剂在各类食品的作用：

1. 用于氯化铵、碳铵、硝酸铵等吸潮易结块肥料的防结块剂，且不会对土壤结构产生影响。也可用于医药用粉体和其他工业超细粉体的防结块、分散。

2.用于颜料、涂料行业，可保证涂料、颜料涂膜的光泽，改善流平性，提高着色和遮盖力，防止浮色、沉降，提高生产效率和涂料的贮存稳定性。

3. 在陶瓷行业，可用于陶瓷助磨减水剂和增强剂。能显著减少生产用水量、改善泥浆性能，能大幅降低泥浆的黏度，提高坯体干燥强度。

4.作为助洗剂，分散污垢团粒和钙皂污垢，螯合金属价离子，并对污垢颗粒有很强的吸附力。去污效果和抗酸碱性比三聚磷酸钠和氮川三醋酸好的多。

5.作为冷却循环水中的阻垢分散剂，可有效阻止碳酸钙、磷酸钙垢沉积，分散氧化铁、泥土、淤泥等沉积物，它特别适用于硬度很高的冷却水系统中抑制氧化铁或铁盐的沉积，在碱性水处理系统（pH：6~11）也可以适用。

6．在造纸工业，可与大多数颜料混合得到低粘度和高固含量的涂料，能提高颜料的细度，分散体系的稳定性，提高纸张的柔软性、强度、白度、保水性等，不易水解，不易燃，无毒、无腐蚀。

7.在特种水泥上用作减水剂和增强助剂。
