产品简介：GLJX-08型助滤剂是一种优良的滤碱洗水助滤剂，其无色透明，纯度高，在重碱洗水中可有效降低洗水量、提高烧成率、改善母液膨胀，减少物料损失和减轻环境污染，产出的纯碱纯度高、含盐量低、粒度均匀、白度高，是一种经济效益十分显著的滤碱洗水助滤剂。

产品特征：GLJX-08助滤剂采用科学原理制造，其活性官能团吸附于结晶粒表面并破坏其表面液膜，从而降低洗水量。另一方面，颗粒表面吸附疏水基团，滤液沿液体与滤饼颗粒的相间接触表面开始滑动，相间滑动降低了液体与滤饼毛细管疏水壁的摩擦，因此有效提高了过滤速度，降低了重碱水份和盐份，提高烧成率，节约汽耗。

此助滤剂热分解温度低于煅烧炉内温度，在煅烧后不会在母液循环中不会大量积累，因此不会影响系统的生产和平衡。此助滤剂添加装置简单，节能效果和经济效益显著，是一种符合纯碱生产的优良的洗水助滤剂。

产品用量：GLJX-08添加量为150-250ppm时，可有效降低重碱水份，降低洗水当量，产出的重碱滤饼手感松软、不易结团。

包装贮存：200公斤塑料桶包装，贮存期为一年。
